Not letting me collect endorsement checks

Whenever I attend the office to collect an endorsement check it won't shape. I've tried closing my app, sledding in to different stores does anyone have a solution?

Hey I'm having this same problem for the past few days i can't collect my endorsment money merely even so information technology says collect when i blend to vc sports management, but it doesn't react when i press x to collect 2k has really dead downhill I'm connected ps4
